Core modules: Tourism and hospitality research methods; managing people in the tourism and hospitality industry; tourism and hospitality marketing; disaster and crisis management in tourism and hospitality; tourism and hospitality dissertation; e-tourism; competitive advantage for hospitality. Optional module: Hospitality and cruise leadership.
