The course develops a high level of understanding of modern textile technology, preparing students for a career in the textile or related industry as a manager or researcher, or for an academic career; the MSc programme is made up of 6 taught course units and a 5-month research project.
Taught units: Technical textiles; textile materials and performance; weaving and weave CAD; knitting and knit CAD; yarn and nonwovens technology; colouration technology.
