This course helps students to develop the skills and knowledge required for team leading. It is a good starting point for practising or potential team leaders who may already be working in that capacity or as practitioners/operators alongside other team members with responsibility for ensuring that goals and objectives are met. You must be over the age of 18. You do not have to be employed but learners will normally be either practising or aspiring team leaders with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme which is likely to be Level 1 Key Skills Literacy and Numeracy or their equivalent.
