This is a professional development qualification which supports the work of teaching assistants in schools. It covers modules: learning, theory and practice, curriculum foundation stage to end of secondary, inclusion, working in partnership, curriculum in action, supporting individuals and groups.
Participants must have appropriate Level 3 qualifications, at least 180 hours relevant experience and currently working in appropriate employment.
