Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive and practical review of the enquiry process, including recent changes in the law, relevant cases before the commissioners and what can be learnt from them, keeping the client’s head down and how to identify risk of selection for enquiry, strategy for running an enquiry successfully, settling an enquiry and including review of the new penalty regime. The course includes 3 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
