About this course

Our beginner/improver and intermediate/advance classes run Monday to Thursday evenings in 2 central London locations. We also run intensive beginner courses on two Sundays per month if you prefer quicker start. As the courses at all levels are circular, it means that you never miss out the information as the essential information is repeated many times to ensure everyone gets it before moving on to the next level. If you miss a lesson on the day you selected, you can come on another day that week. If you seem to master the beginner lever material in less than 10 weeks, we can also upgrade you to the next level. In the beginner course, you will learn about the Tango posture, basic hold, navigation in the line of dance, connection, musicality, Tango walk, basic directions and other fundamentals. At next level you start to explore simpler choreographic possibilities suitable for social dancing and you learn all the necessary technique to go to the next level. In intermediate and advance courses you continue to study the more difficult aspects of Tango dance like sequences based on turning.
