Study playwrights and their plays, performed locally and further afield. Discover meaning through study of text and perfomances on stage with a chance to compare your interpretations with others. We ll study The Madness of George III with David Haig and Private Lives with Janie Dee. Theatre visits include the Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse, Sheffield and Leicester, possibly culminating in a coach trip to Stratford in the spring. Cost of tickets and bus/train fare is extra to the course. Fee can be paid in two instalments.
