About this course

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to work successfully as a makeup and hair artist in films and television, as well as in theatre. It covers: straight corrective makeup, ageing make up, period makeup or hairstyles, wig blocking hair lace and hard front wigs, period wig dressing, marcel waving and; ringlets with hot irons.

Additional entry requirements

Participants need to be at least 18 years old, good eyesight and normal colour vision are also important.
