Course Description
This course will analyse your stroke, to include body position, arm action, leg action, breathing and co-ordination. The instructor will then focus on each participant's individual training needs. This course is aimed at swimmers who can swim three of the four strokes and seek to improve technique and fitness levels. The course will reconstruct your technique, resulting in a longer, stronger and more aesthetic stroke.
