This course covers the global downturn and destabilisation of the global climate has challenged the notion of a company’s licence to operate. Businesses are required to be more transparent and find themselves in an era of increased scrutiny and growing environmental legislation. In this workshop, it explores the legal framework around CSR and a sustainability approach. It also look into designing the right environmental management system and reporting issues.
