Sugarcraft & Cake Decorating course. Learners will decorate their own Christmas cake using specialist cutters and veiners and make hand-moulded flowers and complete other sugarcraft techniques including making run-outs. The workshop style learning environment is relaxed and friendly. Each stage of the work is demonstrated and learners are guided step-by-step to produce individual pieces. Everyone welcome.
