Strode College in Street in Somerset has established a local and national reputation for excellence. The government has awarded Beacon Status to Strode making us one of a handful of colleges nationally to be given recognition. We are proud of the achievements of our students. Their talent and hard work result in exceptional examination success which enables them to move on to their first choice university or well paid employment. We want to give our students a competitive edge in pursuing their ambition for higher education or employment.

Strode College offer a range of 14-16 vocational diplomas in collaboration with local schools, 16–18 vocational and academic full-time provision including apprenticeships. Additionally we offer a wide range of part-time courses for both individuals and businesses. The Strode College Business Development Unit delivers training and education opportunities that been designed to meet the various needs of local businesses. Alternatively they can arrange a flexible bespoke training programme which can be delivered to staff at their own premises.

Also Strode offers an ever growing university level provision including the Access to Higher Education Diploma, plus with a greater emphasis on flexibility and work-related courses a new range of Foundation Degrees.
