Course Description
The module provides an integrated view of the internal and external environments of business. It focuses attention on the external political, economic, social and technological environments facing business and methods to analyse opportunities and threats posed by changes in this external environment. It also provides an introduction to strategic planning and analysis and their importance to the business organisation.
