Methods of study

In order to offer our students the most convenient and flexible distance learning courses, Stonebridge Associated Colleges offers you the option to study for your qualification either via the paper-based or the study online methods:

1) Conventional paper-based study

With paper-based study you will be posted your first two lessons, with one question paper. Once you have completed the question paper for the first lesson you can e-mail, fax or post your answers back to the College. Once your personal tutor has received and marked your answers, we post you out the next lesson and question paper with your feedback from your previous question paper. This process continues like this until you have completed your course.

2) Online study through Elearnuk (www.elearnuk.com)

When you choose to study through Elearnuk you can quickly access your course material online and submit all of your question papers to your online tutor, using your unique student account. You have access to all of your course material from the start, and your tutor sends you an e-mail containing your results and feedback.

With Elearnuk you simply enrol, sign on, and conduct all class activities, from any location in the World, with only a standard Web Browser and without complicated plug-in software. Many students find this to be a far faster and more convenient way of study. Plus you always have the option to print your course material off if you feel more comfortable studying from paper!

Remember, you study the same course material, and have access to the same level of tutor support as the paper-based students.
