Course Description
This course covers a wide variety of sports related topics such as psychology for sport performance, nutrition for weight management and fitness training. They will also have the chance to improve their own sports skills including volleyball, netball, hockey, trampolining, swimming, basketball and fitness.
Entry Requirements
Participants are required to have four GCSEs at grades A - C.
