With over 20,000 enrolments, South Birmingham College is one of the region’s largest and most successful colleges. This is the first College in Birmingham to achieve the Government's new Customer Excellence Award.

From BTECs to NVQs to Foundation Degrees we have hundreds of courses for you to choose from. All students have free email and Internet access and there are well-stocked libraries and state-of-the-art workshops/studios. What's on Offer
Our recently built, modern Digbeth Campus close to the city centre has a wide range of courses: media, music and performing arts, fashion, ICT, business, finance, professional studies, trade union education, ESOL and basic skills.

Our Construction Campus in Bordesley Green is one of the biggest and best construction training centres in the country, offering most construction trades and related courses and training including professional courses. In addition to our expertise in construction, this campus also provides sports courses and has a new state-of-the-art- G3 Astroturf pitch.

The Hall Green Campus offers childcare, health and social care, catering and hospitality, hair and beauty, ESOL, basic skills and caters for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The Women's Academy in Balsall Heath is newly refurbished and offers a secure environment for female students to study a range of vocational qualifications.

The College boasts a wealth of provision in higher education and has partnerships with Birmingham City University and the University of Wolverhampton.
