This course offers a combination of subjects covering sound generation, recording, mixing, processing and reproduction for a broad spectrum of creative industries; students learn how to apply their knowledge across fields as diverse as radio, television and film production, music recording, sound for animation and computer games, sound installations and theatrical sound; acquisition of these skills will be reinforced by a comprehensive grounding in media theory, sound theory and technology.
