Singer? Song-writer? Lyricist? In a band? Want to develop your song- writing skills? Then this is the course for you! Bring along your instrument and/or voice and learn to master the fundamental technique of the art of song-writing, including lyric writing, top line melody, harmonic sequences and song structure in a practical, fun and communal fashion. Share your original songs and ideas with the class (you may even find your ideal song-writing partner?) with the aim to produce a recording and give a performance of your exciting new work at the
end of term. All styles, ages and levels of experience welcome.
