In the 1st 2 semesters students are introduced to practice learning and core social work skills, given a grounding in the legal framework of social work practice, and given the opportunity to develop and test out their learning skills in preparation for the remainder of the programme; the remaining time is structured according to individual student's needs and available learning opportunities.
