The Sheffield College

The award winning Sheffield College offers an exciting range of part time and full time academic and vocational courses for young people and adults at four campuses across the city. Our students range from foundation level to those studying for higher education foundation degrees. We offer:

• Higher education courses including foundation degrees
• Around 40 A Levels
• Access courses for adults, equivalent to A Levels
• Vocational diplomas at different levels
• Around 20 different apprenticeships
• GCSEs
• Foundation level courses for students working towards GCSE equivalents.

Our students study with us for a variety of reasons. Whatever their starting point, we are committed to helping all of our students fulfil their potential. Some are going onto university, others want to complete work-related skills and qualifications or aspire to setting up their own business. Some are retraining for a dramatic career change. We also offer employer linked programmes for jobseekers, leading to work afterwards.  Our campuses are friendly, and our staff are committed to your success.

We offer the chance to develop new interests beyond the curriculum, and are located near the stunning Peak District national park. We are a national leader on enterprise. All of our students can receive business start up advice and support, regardless of the subject they are studying.
