Course Description
This course introduces students to 3D art and equip them to practice it on their own. It will be helpful if they have already done some wood carving or modelling. With the course comes a text book on modern sculpture to develop their awareness of twentieth-century work. The course includes woodland stone carving; casting in plaster; relief sculpture; modelling and constructing a head and a figure.
