About this course

In this course participants will explore Scottish history from the medieval to the modern period focusing on the cultural, political, social and economic links between Scotland and other northern European and Atlantic regions. They will also develop a wide range of archaeological skills such as fieldwork, surveying and post-excavation, with an emphasis on the cultural heritage of the Highlands and Islands.

Additional entry requirements

Participants must hold three Highers at grade C or above, or two A levels at grade C or above. Alternatively, the completion of an appropriate NQ or access course.
