Course Description
The ideal time to learn from the professionals in an informal atmosphere with our Saturday morning practical classes. The sessions, reflect seasonality and provide easy dinner party ideas. They are relaxed and informative. We start with coffee on arrival and a briefing of the mornings recipes. Except for the Ottolenghi courses, you work in pairs to prepare and cook your own 3-course lunch during the morning, and then enjoy eating it with a glass of wine.
