The course has been designed to develop the skills and interest of those who wish to learn how to cook with confidence and style. Apart from being interesting and great fun it will also be stepping stone for those who choose catering as a career. For those who do not wish to pursue a career in the catering industry it provides an opportunity to develop some basic cooking skills and provide some valuable nutritional information about the food we eat. The course will give the confidence to cook at home for friends.
