About this course

My sales training course focuses on one key phrase, simplicity coupled with persuasion. Sales presentations need to excite, clearly demonstrate the solution and value to the organisation - don't get confused between benefits and features, always think what solution your product or service will do for the audience in question, if you've done your homework, you should know exactly which buttons to push. Because most sales training courses focus on formulaic patterns, many sales presentations typically fail miserably at the end with a weak pitiful close. The thought that you need to implant in the audiences mind is 'I want this product, what do I need to do next', so your close should tell them what the next steps are, a call to the future, a pilot programme or simply a signed commitment to get the process moving. My sales course covers: The sales process, terminology and timescales Measuring the sales pipeline Creating a sales pipeline from scratch and what to measure Close ratios and how big a pipeline do I need to hit my target Setting up a meeting and getting the client to want my product or service Top 10 mistakes sales people do and how to prevent them Negotiating and closing the sale. Putting a value to a lead, the difference between suspect, prospect and customer Close ratios and the value of marketing to existing customers Marketing channels and how we can create leads cheaply. Communicating with the sales team, what questions you should be asking Toolkit for marketeers.
