Established since 1976, SAE is the world's largest college in the fields of audio, digital film and new media. SAE Liverpool opened its doors in 2002 and provides an extension to the SAE network in the north-west of England.

The SAE Alumni Association provides vital networking and development opportunities for our graduates. In the spirit of lifelong learning, graduates continue to gain knowledge and stay up to date with seminars and lectures organised by the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association also provides access to job databases through our own social website. 
 
What's on offer 
SAE Institute Liverpool specialises in Audio and offers courses in Audio Engineering, Electronic Music Production as well as Digital DJ'ing using Ableton Live. Our training philosophy combines strong theoretical and conceptual understanding delivered through modern teaching methods, with practical implementation through individual 'hands on' training with the availability of a one to one tutor. Thereby allowing students to create the connection between theory, technical implementation, and their heightening hearing. SAE provides professional, industry standard equipment for its students. This includes 24 track mixdown, ProTools, and electronic music production workstations.

Similarly, our studios increase in sophistication from typical production room setup to top of the range studio configuration found only in high end environments. We train on a wide variety of equipment as flexibility, adaptability and a solid understand of common principles are key requirements for future success.
