City College Southampton is a further education college which provides exceptional vocational and academic training for young people and adults.
This course is aimed at anyone that wants to refresh or update their knowledge and skills in colouring. It covers units: consultation and after care advice, health and safety, basic colour correction techniques, foiling weaving and slicing techniques, full head and re-growth colouring and fashion techniques.
Participants should have completed NVQ Level 1,2 qualification in Hairdressing or a minimum of 3 years experience in colouring techniques i.e. foiling, weaving colour application. For the theory side of this course, a good standard of English is required, and participants with English as a second language are required to have ESOL at entry level 1.
