Level 2: Valuation studies; legal studies; economic studies; management and business studies; building studies and planning studies; students may follow 1 of 4 more specialised option routes including: business and finance; estates and facilities; Europe; or planning and development. Level 3: Valuation studies; legal studies; economic studies; management and business studies; deepens students' understanding of land management, development and investment, to identify the multi-disciplinary nature of estate management and further develop some of the applied skills, such as valuation and appraisals.
