Year 1: Architectural science and building engineering services; fundamentals of construction; introduction to measurement and costing; law and health and safety; professional skills for the construction industry. Year 2: Law and contemporary economics; construction technology; contract administration: control and finance; sustainable technology with environmental control; measurement; project development and cost Year 3: Optional work placement year. Final Year: Construction procurement; contract practice and commercial management; industrial practice; reflective practice (sandwich only); international project appraisal.
