This course covers the following units: health, safety and welfare, sustainable construction, building technology, understanding quantities and tenders, cost control, measuring, estimating and tendering processes and building surveying. On successful completion participants can progress to higher education.
All participants will have an initial interview and complete assessment and testing. They should be employed in the industry before commencing an apprenticeship and they need to be between 16-18 years of age.
