This programme responds to the government�s policy commitment to health improvement and the acknowledged under-capacity in the workforce required to deliver on targets; the programme draws upon a range of disciplines to provide students with an in-depth understanding of leading public health challenges and debates; it provides students with stimulating opportunities to explore the theoretical and policy framework for intervention to address problems and develop health capacity within communities.
