This course is intended to give you a detailed understanding of property finance and the associated property appraisal process, encompassing the legal and social aspects; students analyse development finance situations and respond to particular financial problems with derived solutions; they also learn to appraise options and independently evaluate alternative courses of action.
Core modules: property finance: lending and risk; property finance; policy and practice; law (for property professionals); financial and asset management; site assembly and development; development funding and finance; dissertation.
