Today's property market is huge, and the need for people to manage increasingly high-value and diverse property portfolios continues to grow; property development covers everything from renovating a small house to multi-million pound development schemes, and the course has been developed to reflect this; architectural design students develop creative and technical architectural skills and an awareness of traditional and contemporary architectural design; the course is practical and largely studio-based; students learn about traditional design alongside the application of the latest digital technology, including computer-aided design, virtual reality, and multimedia.
