Relatively little time is spent in the classroom and the emphasis is on practical work to develop leadership skills, organisational abilities and land and water-based activities. From Easter the course continues in the work place at an outdoor adventure centre, in the UK or France, where you will be employed on the same conditions as other staff while gaining an invaluable season leading outdoor adventure.
