Course focuses on the practical application of the law, with a wide choice of modules in specialist areas; students require 180 credits for the LLM, consisting of 6 20-credit modules and a 60-credit final assignment; 3 modules are required for the PgCert, and a further 3 for the PgDip; the programme can be studied at the student's own pace, with a choice of supervised online modules, which combined online study with one-to-one online supervision from a College tutor, and blended learning modules, which combine on-line study with face-to-face tuition at one of the College�s UK centres.
Current modules include: online modules: business, finance and the legal services market; international intellectual property practice; international commercial legal practice; international public companies practice; international mergers and acquisitions practice; international capital markets and loans practice; international anti-trusts practice; international business organisations; international joint ventures; international arbitration practice; blended learning modules: acquisitions; advanced criminal practice; advanced property law and practice; banking and debt finance; commercial dispute resolution; commercial law; employment law and practice; family law; housing law and practice; personal injury and clinical negligence litigation; private client: wills, trusts and estate planning; public companies and equity finance; welfare benefits and immigration law.
