This course will help participants to become a chef or could help them to progress to a more senior chef role. They will learn a high standard of cookery skills and learn other skills that are essential in the work place such as health and safety in a kitchen environment and how to order and control stock. After completing this course participants will progress to further study at Level 3 or employment in the industry.
Participants must have a related Level 1 qualification or 4 GCSEs at grade D - G.
