This course is based mainly on the state-of-the-art kitchens and restaurants. Participants will gain a diploma in professional cookery level 1 and the certificate in food and beverage service qualifications. They can also study RIPHH food hygiene certificate, basic health and safety, first aid at work plus functional skills and catering studies. On completion, they can progress onto a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Catering Studies or go into employment or an Apprenticeship.
