This course covers the preparation and cooking of complex dishes from a variety of ingredients, and the relevant theory to underpin it. After the completion of this course students may progress to Professional Chefs Diploma.
Students should have successfully completed NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery including Food and Drink Service.
