An introduction to screenprinting on fabric using paper stencils, found objects and monoprint techniques. Learn how to design and create paper stencils. Experiment with found objects, eg. Leaves, feathers, lace and string. Explore the vibrant world of colour using monoprint, colour blend and colour washes. Try combining techniques together to produce layered colours and pattern. By the end of the day you will have produced a range of screenprinted samples and a finished piece of work. All fabrics will be fully washable. Please bring an apron. There will be a materials charge of up to '5 payable on the day to the tutor. Suitable for beginners and experienced students.
