This course is offered on a modular basis; course covers the core subjects, foundation subjects and religious education; approximately 2/3 of training is undertaken in schools; trainees are allocated to a base school for the school-based weeks of terms 1 and 3; in term 2 trainees undertake school-based experience of different key stages in a different partnership school; in addition to school-based training, centre-based training covers principles of education, core subjects and foundation subjects; 60 credits can be awarded at Master's level upon successful completion of this course.
