This course is offered on a non-modular basis; the course enables students to be recommended for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) after completion of skills tests.
Students spend a total of 21 weeks in the classroom; 2 practices take place in 1 school and 1 practice in another, which should have a contrasting key stage and catchment area to the 1st school.
2.2 degree preferably with some links to primary education in relevant subject; GCSE grade C or above in English language; mathematics and science; minimum 2 weeks experience working in a school; competent and confident in the use of information technology.
