This course covers units: communication and individual rights within health and social care and anatomy and physiology, human lifespan and development, cultural diversity in health and social care, creative activities in health and social care and the impact of diet on health. After completing this course students will progress onto a related Access course such as in Nursing, Health and Human Science or Social work, then on to higher education in the caring or health sector.
Students must have previous study at level 1 or other equivalent relevant qualification.
