Course Description
Aimed at individuals who already have a creative command of the design process, MA Graphic Design will enable students to develop visual communication solutions at a strategic level in an increasingly competitive marketplace where excellence is the norm. The course will encourage the shaping of existing models of practice continually in order to develop 'unfamiliarity' as a constant component in design thinking. Built around four key areas of focus; Discovery, Spark, Beauty and Performance, students learn how to challenge existing ways of working with 'provocateurs' from outside the world of Graphic Design, as well as key industry professionals and staff, encouraging development of an original and independent body of work.
