This course provides participants with the opportunity to explore, critically analyse and evaluate the disciplines of senior management within an international health context and focus on global public health management and developing country health systems. It is designed to be flexible and to cover topics that will enable them to tailor learning to their own professional development needs. It covers units: international health, organisational culture, management in the international health environment, management project, quality and systems management, managing finance, managing human resources planning and development, communication strategies and change management.
