About this course

The programme leads to UKCP registration in the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Section as a group-analytic psychotherapist. After qualification candidates will also be a member of FPC, the graduate body of WPF Therapy trainees. It covers the following modules: Group Analytic Concepts, Psychoanalytic Concepts, First Training Group, Second Training Group, Individual Clients and Psychiatric Placement. On completion of all the modules, they will gain a Postgraduate Diploma in Group-Analytic Psychotherapy.

Additional entry requirements

Successful completion of a foundation level counselling skills and theory course. Plus experience in or foundation level course in working with groups
