Course content includes: Speech Processing, Text Processing, Machine Learning, Speech Technology, Natural Language Processing, Advanced Speech and Language Research Topics. Individual Project (June-September) led by an academic in a speech or language research area.

Assessment method
Formal examination and coursework (some modules are assessed by coursework only).

Entry Requirements
Minimum 2:1 Honours degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, linguistics, mathematics or psychology. Mathematics to A Level or equivalent. Applicants whose first language is not English should have an average IELTS score of 6.5, with at least 6 in each component.
