Course Description
Main subject work is a key time commitment on the course. The subject tutor works closely with a team of experienced teachers in designing and teaching the course and in selecting and assessing students. All students taking science as a main subject currently also follow an Integrated Science second teaching subject. Additionally, practitioner aspects, relating to observation, behavioural management & building learning, are explored, together with the care and welfare of school students. Other issues explored include child protection & social exclusion. All courses are currently offered at postgraduate level. However, this is constantly under review & it might be possible to undertake a course at professional-graduate level instead. Potential applicants are advised to contact the University. Courses are offered at postgraduate level.

Entry Requirements
Degree validated by a UK university or college that contains sufficient breadth and depth in the subject intended for teaching.
