Course Description
This MBA gives students the opportunity to develop their key competencies including leadership, decision-making, managing across cultures, organisational transformation and innovation. This course will also gives students the chance to learn how to handle complex organisational issues across a wide range of management disciplines. Course content: Organisational Dynamics; Global Business Management; Value-added Marketing; Strategic Financial Management; Research Methods for Managers; Dynamics of Strategy; Dissertation plus three elective modules on a range of relevant business topics.
