Course Description
This course covers: (Surveying Pathway) Land market and Valuation; Property and Business Taxation; Rural Property Law; Management Case Studies; (Agriculture Pathway) Principles of Business Economics; Human Resource Management; Advanced Marketing; Food Industry Analysis. Additionally all students complete a substantial dissertation and attend a European study tour. Option: two optional modules chosen from a range of subjects including: any module not taken as 'core', Entrepreneurship and Business Diversification; Rural Policy and Planning.

Entry Requirements
UK requirement is an upper second class Honours degree in Agriculture, Agricultural business management, Agricultural Economics, Rural resource science or management, Land management, or any other related discipline. EU and international applicants require an upper quartile performance in a similar discipline from an internationally recognised University.
