Provides programme of professional study leading to graduate status for those working in the sectors of Further and Higher Education, adult and community education, health professions, armed forces, police and fire services, public and private organisations, who occupy roles directly or indirectly relating to the education and/or training of others; course is modular in design; each module is allocated a number of credit points depending upon its complexity and length of study; credit points awarded are usually 15 or 30 (45 for dissertation).
Core modules include: Research methods; current issues within educational and social psychology; together with a number of option modules which may be taught or studied privately.
